Steven G. Philp

Since 2007, Steve has been Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Incast Asset Management, Inc., a $55 million manufacturer of air duct and fittings to the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) industry in the western United States under the OmniDuct name.  Prior to joining IAM, Steve served as controller for five years at a consumer electronics company and began his career as a CPA for ten years at a Big 8 accounting firm.

Steve is also General Partner of Brumleu Investments, LP, a real estate holding and management company, with properties in Southern California and Arizona.

Steve is 62 years old, has been married since 1981 and has three grown daughters and two grandchildren.  Steve and his wife Lori attend Mariners Church in Irvine and split their time between Laguna Niguel and Puerto Nuevo, Baja California.
