The far-reaching affects of poverty, lack of education, limited resources and disease are unrelenting — and the need for mobility in the developing world is as great as ever. Some estimates indicate that among the 2 billion people living on less than $2 per day, there are as many as 100 million people trapped in a life defined by disability. Free Wheelchair Mission will catalyze independence, community, hope and dignity. Mobility leads to education and employment in countries without handicap accessible accommodations.
