Alan Weisenberger

150 150 The Barnabas Group

Alan launched enLumen Leadership Services in 2014 to invest in growing the next generation of marketplace and ministry leaders. During twenty years as a vice president at Evangelical Christian Credit Union and eleven years with Bank of America, he was mentored by many highly skilled leaders, and now he’s paying it forward by helping others develop healthy leaders and organizational cultures. Alan has been a Barnabas Group partner since 2014.

He takes God’s call to serve the poor, homeless, neglected, and unjustly afflicted seriously. That call leads him to serve as a reservist doing disaster response work with Hope Force International; training entrepreneurs in low-income communities with Hope Ventures, on the board of Up and Running Again to train Rescue Mission residence to run half marathons; on the board of a mission agency, Encompass World Partners, and as an elder at Grace Church of Orange.

He and his wife, Kerri, have three daughters and one son-in-law.
