Paul serves on the staff of Development Associates International, a training group dedicated to the character and ministry development of leaders in the under-resourced world. He taught for over 30 years at Gordon College in the area of Global Christianity. Paul has been married to Christie since 1979 and has written several books including A Mind for Missions; How To Be a World-Class Christian; Western Christians in Global Mission: What’s the Tole of the North American Church; and his most recent book, Great Commission, Great Compassion: Following Jesus and Loving the World.
